Robert D. Wilcox is the Managing Partner of the Ponte Vedra Law Group. He established Wilcox Law Firm, the predecessor to Ponte Vedra Law Group, in 2004. A native of Philadelphia, Mr. Wilcox has over 25 years’ experience in representing business and individuals in Florida and Delaware. With a strong background in business law and commercial litigation, he also served as the Chairman of the Bankruptcy and Reorganization Department at a major regional law firm. Mr. Wilcox attended Cornell University, Duke University, where he was a Reynolds Scholar, and the University of Chicago. He is a frequent writer and lecturer on business law, litigation, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.


Chris DiPatreChris DiPatre, Director of Administration and Marketing

Chris DiPatre handles the Firm’s administration, bookkeeping and marketing. She takes pride in supporting accomplished professionals who dedicate themselves to achieving optimal results for their clients. Paying attention to detail, keeping current with court procedures, accurate scheduling, and maintaining excellent client communications are ultimate goals. Chris began her career in Jacksonville in the Corporate Trust department of the Barnett Bank Trust Company, performing the fiduciary and compliance duties required of a municipal bond trustee. This was followed by a long tenure with the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida, managing cases and handling other administrative duties. In addition, Chris has also worked for a busy Chapter 7 trustee’s office, giving her a broad background in the Local Rules and procedures of the Middle District. A native of Connecticut, Chris is a graduate of Widener University in Chester, PA. She and her husband, John, have made their home in Northeast Florida for the past 30 years.
